Always give it everything

My name is Milla Sjöstrand. I am 17 years old and one of the world’s fastest young female drivers.

I want to race in Formula 4 and F1 Academy, before moving up the racing ladder. So far I have 9 days of testing in F4 cars, and I have tried various other cars, including Formula Renault, Rallycross and electric touring car.

I am represented by Minardi Management.

I have been selected as one of the world’s biggest young talents several times. In 2025 I was one of 11 drivers in Formula Global Shootout Program (FGSP), held by Indian FIA F4.

The FIA selected me for Girls on track: Rising Stars a record number of three times – 2020, 2021 and 2023.

In these programs I was tested in both real driving and simulator driving, mental and physical ability, as well as given technical education.

The first time I drove a gokart of some kind, was when I was four years old and I thought it was so much fun. When I was seven, I got to test a racing kart. From that day I was hooked.

The faster type of car, the better I am.

In 2020 I started in OK Junior finishing P10 in The Swedish Championships and P5 in the highly competitive MKR series in Sweden. In 2020 I got selected as one of the top talents in the World and took part in the FIA Girls on Track: Rising Stars programme. That was an amazing experience and a tipping point in my career.

In 2021 I took pole position, won all heats and the final in the first race. I finished P2 in the MKR Series and P9 in The Swedish Championships. I raced the Winter Cup in Lonato.

I was again selected for Rising Stars and I got all the way to the final, where I was with Ferrari in Maranello for education and evaluation.

I got my Single seater car license (at 13 years old).
2022 I raced in the Swedish Championships Rotax E20 Electrics, finishing P6 in the overall points and P3 in race 2. I also had multiple podiums in OK Junior. I did my first two day F4 test at Paul Ricard circuit with Winfield Racing School and also did some races in the very basic car Formula 1000 Aquila.

2023 I debuted in KZ2 karts, racing in The Swedish Championships. Also had multiple podiums in OK Junior.

I was the only person selected a third time for Rising Stars, this time in the Senior category for F4, where I tested with Prema in Italy.

In 2024 I took on a new challenge, driving in Dutch Championships in Rotax Max. I had special focus on learning new tracks quickly. I also did a race in Sweden in an X30 kart, where I qualified P2 first time out.

I did a two day F4 test in Italy with AS Motorsport in October.
In 2025 I did an F4 test with the Danish team STEP Motorsport and as part of the FGSP with Indian FIA F4 I did three days of F4 testing in France.

I also raced Swedish Open Championships in rental karting, winning Best Woman Trophy.

As a dedicated and fast racing driver, my passion for motorsport drives me to constantly improve and push myself to the limit. With extensive experience in both national and international karting championships, I have earned multiple wins and podium finishes in Sweden, showcasing my relentless determination and ability to perform under pressure.

In addition to my driving talent, I am a committed ambassador for my partners, carrying myself with professionalism and passion for the sport. I am used to be on stage and hold talks. I have spoken in front of 6000 people. I have also been interviewed by TV and all major Swedish newspapers.

I am driven to win, but also to represent the values and commitment that motorsport and its stakeholders stand for.
